OCLC is committed to providing spaces free of harassment for all members of our community. The following options are available if behavior in violation of this Code of Conduct is observed.

If you see an issue, would like to make a suggestion about our Engagement Code of Conduct, have questions about applicability, or more, please fill out the below form.

Incidents may be reported anonymously using the form below. Reporting anonymously may limit OCLC’s ability to follow up and collect additional information as needed to resolve issues. After anonymous reporting, OCLC may request additional information from the impacted community.

OCLC will confirm receipt of all reports within two business days unless reported anonymously.
